The hotel reserves the right to change this offer with respect to occupancy and room availability.
Rates are per night for accommodation of 2 persons in Superior, Garden villa and Junior suite and
4 persons in Family suite and Family bungalow.

Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation or modification up to 28 days prior date of arrival.
If cancelled or modified up to 21days prior date of arrival 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later on or in case of no-show in the the total price of the reservation will be charged, excluding added extras.
Early departure or no-show is subject to a fee of 100% of the price of the remaining overnights of the reservation, excluding added extras.

Deposit payment:
The hotel reserves the right to charge and/or temporarily hold 50% of full stay amount as a deposit to guarantee the reservation as well as a verification of the validity of a credit card anytime after the booking is made.
If the hotel charges the deposit it´s always refundable with respect to Terms and Conditions, i.e in case of cancellation by 28 days prior arrival.
The balance of 50% of full stay amount (except selected Extras) might be charged anytime within 21 days prior arrival as during this period the reservation is already non-refundable and/or might be charged at the hotel
The hotel reserves a right to cancel the reservation in case that the c/card provided by guest will be not possible to charge with respect to T&C.

• No room charge for an infant and a child younger 4 years old if sharing existing beds or using baby cot (upon request).
• No room charge for 1st child from 4 years of age till 11,99, if sharing room with parents and existing bed.
  Supplement for this child is USD 11 per night*.
• Supplement for 1st child from 4 years of age till 11,99 with extra bed and/or 2nd child is USD 25 per night*.
• Supplement for extra bed for adult is USD 50 per night*.

Gala dinner supplement:
Christmas dinner on 24th December and New Year´s Eve gala dinner on 31st December are obligatory. The price of 70USD per adult and 35USD per child and dinner will be added to hotel guest´s bill.
If the guest has chosen extra HB or FB supplement then only difference between this supplement and gala dinner supplement will be add to the bill.
